WHAT TO EXPECT

Sometimes starting something new can feel overwhelming. I want you to have all the information available to you to make an informed, confident decision about your therapeutic journey. 
 
Therapy is an important investment in yourself, your life and your relationships. 

SESSION TYPES

I offer individual and couples counseling sessions for adults (18+).

*Motherhood Mini sessions are available for established clients to connect with me as they navigate their postpartum journey.

 

Individual session: approximately 50 minutes.

Couples session: approximately 80 minutes.

Motherhood Mini session: approximately 30 minutes.

FEES & PAYMENT

Individual Counseling Sessions - $120

Couples Counseling Sessions - $175 

Motherhood Mini Session - $60

At this time, the practice is out-of-pocket only and does not accept insurance. Superbills can be provided, but reimbursement is subject to your insurance and cannot be guaranteed.

 

All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

 

Sliding scale price options may be available for those who qualify; please reach out to discuss your options and apply.

LOCATION

In-person sessions are located at 1100 W 23rd Street in the Urban Office Building.

 

Virtual telehealth clients will receive a link to a HIPAA-compliant portal prior to each session. 

OUR FIRST SESSION

Going to counseling for the first time can be an overwhelming experience; sometimes taking the first step towards change is the hardest! It's normal to feel nervous or unsure about what to expect. My counseling services are designed to provide a comfortable environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. It is my goal to help ease you into the process at a pace that feels natural and productive. 

Our first session, or intake session, will be used to get to know you. We'll spend time reviewing your paperwork and answering any questions you may have. It is my goal to give you space to share your story, needs, and hopes for healing and growth. We will also use this time to intentionally set goals for therapy.
